A1The Two-Week Pass
RMX-01 — Reimagine the workflow

The tool isn't missing. The decision is.

A two-week engagement for consumer marketing teams whose AI tools work fine but whose work still ships late: I map how the work actually moves, find the decision nobody made, and fix it before I recommend a single new tool. Ten working days, one workflow, and you own the fix when I leave.

Who it's for
Heads of marketing · scaling founders · new leaders, 90 days in
Typical span
Two weeks
You leave with
One workflow fixed, and the page that explains it
Week one: watch the real work+

Not the process document. The actual briefs, the actual approval chain, the files people email each other at 22:40. I map where the hours really go, which is never where the org chart says.

Find the missing decision+

Three rounds isn't taste. It's a decision nobody made. I find the one call that was never settled (the brief, the owner, the standard for “good”) and put it in writing.

Draw the line on one page+

What the machine owns, what stays human, and what it is never allowed to touch. I draw it on one page before anything gets built, because that page is the actual product.

Week two: build it against live work+

This week's real campaign, run through the fix while your team watches and tries to break it. (They will.) If it can't survive a Tuesday, it doesn't ship.

Hand over the keys+

The workflow map, the one-page decision, the working build, the documentation, and the people on your team who can change it without me. If you need me again next quarter, I designed it wrong.

A2Positioning & Content Strategy
RMX-02 — Refresh the output

Content that speaks your language, everywhere it lands.

I design positioning and content systems for consumer and subscription brands: the claim only you can make, then what gets made, why, who approves it, and how one piece gets used five times. A calendar tells you when to post. A system tells you what's worth posting.

Who it's for
Brand teams · content departments · founders whose content still runs through them
Typical span
Two to four weeks
You leave with
An engine with four working pillars
Brand positioning & development+

The claim only you can make, written tightly enough that a salesperson and a stranger repeat it the same way. Positioning is finished when the market says it back to you.

Competitive landscape assessment+

Where the category sounds identical — and the gap nobody is defending. Most sectors have one unclaimed position sitting in plain sight; the work is having the nerve to take it.

Content planning & calendar development+

A calendar built from pillars and pressure, not from empty slots. Every entry answers what it's for and what it would cost to skip it.

Content audit & gap analysis+

Everything live, scored against the claim. We cut half of it. The half you're proudest of is probably going, the rest gets sharper, and the gaps that matter become obvious.

Content distribution strategy+

Making the piece is thirty percent of the work. Where it lands, who carries it, and what it's cut down into is the other seventy.

Content performance measurement+

Four numbers that matter, reviewed monthly, tied back to the pillars. No dashboard nobody opens, no vanity metric defended in a QBR.

Brand voice & messaging development+

A voice documented tightly enough that a new hire and a language model both get it right — with the sentences you'd never say listed beside the ones you would.

B1AI Tools Training & Consulting
RMX-03 — Remix the workflow

Hands on the keyboard, on your own real work.

I train marketing teams to use the AI tools they already pay for, on their own work, at their own keyboards. Your leaders don't need a strategy. They need two hours on their own keyboard. It starts at €250 for two hours with one leader and scales to a full capability build-out across a department.

Who it's for
Individual leaders · marketing teams · studios
Typical span
Two hours (from €250), or an ongoing program
You leave with
Fluency on the thing you were stuck on
AI tool selection & implementation+

What to buy, what to ignore, and what you already pay for and don't use. No affiliate list — the stack gets chosen against your work, then actually set up.

Workflow optimization using AI+

One loop rebuilt around your real approval chain — mapped as it runs at 22:40 in DMs, not as the process document claims.

Custom AI integration strategies+

Where the models plug into the stack you already run — the DAM, the CMS, the ticket queue — so nobody has to copy and paste between windows to get value.

AI-powered content creation+

Drafting that arrives usable rather than plausible, because the brand's judgment is encoded before generation — automate the eighty, pour yourself into the twenty.

AI ethics & best practices+

Where it must not touch the work. Disclosure, data handling, likeness, and the human sign-off that stays non-negotiable — agreed on one page before anyone ships.

B2Bespoke AI Tools
RMX-04 — Build the machine

Built from scratch for your brand, your data, your goals.

I build custom AI tools and workflow automations for marketing teams, usually on top of the stack you already run (HubSpot, Zapier, Notion, Sheets), and hand them over with documentation your team can run without me. The closest product on the market is still the wrong one. An engagement that ends in dependency is a failed engagement.

Who it's for
Marketing teams · consumer brands · media
Typical span
Three to six weeks
You leave with
A working system you own outright
Generative AI video creation tools+

Pipelines that take a brief and return cuts on your brand's terms — aspect ratios, lower thirds, voice, and the legal line already applied.

Custom project management systems+

The tracker that matches how your team actually works, instead of the team reshaping itself around a tool built for someone else's process.

Workflow automations & integrations+

The joins between tools that somebody currently does by hand, late, from memory. Those are the cheapest hours in the building to buy back.

AI-powered web applications+

Interfaces your team — or your customers — can actually use. Shipped as a product with a login and a support path, not a notebook a consultant left behind.

Brand intelligence systems+

Your brand's knowledge made queryable — voice, rules, history, the decisions behind them. The thing that stops the same argument happening every quarter.

05The mix

Most engagements cut two tracks together.

The lines aren't packages, so they combine. These are the three combinations that come up most — and roughly what each one costs you in calendar time.

A1 + A2 — 4 to 6 weeks Diagnose, then rebuild

The pass finds the decision nobody made. Then I rebuild positioning and the content system on top of it. The most common starting point for a brand that's busy but not landing.

B1 + B2 — 4 to 7 weeks Train, then build

Get the team fluent first so they can brief the tool properly — then build the thing they now know how to ask for.

All four — 6 weeks + The full rebuild

The workflow, the positioning, the content system and the tools underneath, rebuilt as one operation. An engine that compounds instead of a calendar that fills.

06The crate

Twenty years of records behind the decks.

A first-person operator record — roles held and work led, not client engagements. The figures behind each hold up; they belong in a conversation, not on a page.
